Effective monitoring is an important part of our support offering. By monitoring issues before they become an incident, we can often prevent a problem occurring and stop the inevitable downtime experienced with a re-active IT Support service.

The service offers you an on-site visit when a critical issue occurs, impacting your ability to operate.

On your request, ABtec will deploy the next available, suitably skilled engineer; so, you are safe in the knowledge that incidents which cannot be resolved remotely will be rectified by a highly-skilled engineer visiting your site.

Getting to Know Your School

Once you’ve given us a call, we’ll arrange a convenient day to pop over to your school. We’ll need to know what IT problems you’ve encountered; what is it that’s led to you contacting us? We appreciate that every school is different, and each school’ IT requirements are therefore different too.

Next, we’ll then take a look at your systems to consider what’s not working as well as it should be, and then tailor a support package that works best for your school.

Smooth Transition of IT Support

Don’t worry we’ll take care of everything.

We’ll have a chat with your current IT provider, if you have one. They’ll need to fill in a support handover document, which will ensure that all services are transferred to ABtec without any headaches.

If you don’t have an IT company at the moment? Not to worry, we’ll do a thorough site visit and create our own in depth documentation, as well as gathering some information from your current bills and systems.
