Although we fix 90% of incidents remotely (because it gives clients the quickest fix) our onsite team are on-hand should we need to come to you to resolve issues or make improvements.

Getting to Know Your Business

Once you’ve given us a call, we’ll arrange a convenient day to pop over to your offices. We’ll need to know what IT problems you’ve encountered; what is it that’s led to you contacting us? We appreciate that every business is different, and each business’ IT requirements are therefore different too.

Next, we’ll then take a look at your systems to consider what’s not working as well as it should be, and then build a bespoke support package that works best for your business.

We’ll have a chat with your current IT provider, if you have one. They’ll need to fill in a support handover document, which will ensure that all services are transferred to ABtec without any headaches.
