We have 2 packages of support each providing a tailor made solution to your needs and budget.
Ultimately, we know that you need your work flow to be disruption free, with zero down time. We believe in proactively resolving issues before you are aware of them, however should something unexpected crop up, you can still call our support team to get help, advice and a solution to your problem.
ABtec SmartCare is a new support offering designed to give you all the required IT support that your business requires. When you select SmartCare, our locally installed client software monitors the health and performance of all covered IT equipment. When a fault occurs, the issue is reported to the relevant people so that the problem can be resolved quickly. This means that problems are resolved with minimum amount of impact on your business productivity. This also means that minor problems can be resolved before they turn into major problems.
With Flexcare you pay a fixed monthly fee, which includes up to 3 hours of remote support per month. Any additional remote or onsite support is chargeable at a discounted rate. When you select FlexCare, our locally installed client software monitors the health and performance of all covered IT equipment and any faults will be logged and reported to you to see if you wish our engineers to fix the issue. Unused time can not be carried forward at month end.
